   ..I finally tried [1]poutine, a local delicacy made from french fries,
   gravy and cheddar cheese curds. I liked it, but I also like cheese
   fries. If you're in a carbo-loading mood, give it a try.

   I do wish that it was a little spicier, though. Diners in the states
   usually have tabasco sauce or red pepper flakes that you can add on.
   Those are hard to find north of the border.
