   During our trip to North Carolina this week, we were caught in beneath
   a raincloud that hovered steadily over our heads for nearly 5 hours.
   Bruce was stuck driving, so I helped by taking pictures.

   The rain started when we crossed the Virginia border.

   [2]clouds gather 
   ..clouds gathered..

   [3]deluge 
   ..then the deluge came.

   [4]lights 
   ..visibility was limited..

   [5]visibility 
   ..when you're not driving through it, distracted by the possibility of
   instant death, the effect of lights through heavy rain is kind of
   colorful and impressionistic..
