   "Peeping Tom," the common term that actually appears (suitably
   defined) in the codes of Delaware, D.C., Georgia, Louisiana, Ohio,
   Oklahoma, and South Carolina isn't good enough for the Montana towns
   of Bozeman and Missoula. There, the proper term is "peeping person,"
   thank you very much (a phrase so rare in English that it only gets 110
   real Google hits).
