	As a reminder, the University of Minnesota Law
	School is hosting its first annual
	conservative/libertarian colloquium tomorrow from
	1:30-3:30pm in Rm. 25 at the law school. It's on
	the topic of the role of precedent in
	constitutional law. It features, among many
	outstanding speakers, the VC's own Orin Kerr. All
