   The movement of the blog is being delayed by something. I wish I could
   give a better explanation, but the problem(s) are at the new host
   company, or somewhere between here and there. (The person assisting me
   with the move is on the phone with the new host company as I write
   this.) In any case, very soon (I hope) Taxable Talk will reappear in a
   new and improved form.
