   That's the title of an Op-Ed published in the New York Times by a
   [1]Rushford Minnesota farmer who has found that not every government
   agency wants you to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.

     As a small organic vegetable producer in southern Minnesota, I know
     this because my efforts to expand production to meet regional
     demand have been severely hampered by the Agriculture Departmentâs
     commodity farm program. As Iâve looked into the politics behind
     those restrictions, Iâve come to understand that this is precisely
     the outcome that the programâs backers in California and Florida
     have in mind: they want to snuff out the local competition before
     it even gets started.

   Wasn't there something called a "Freedom to Farm" bill some years ago?
