   My annual tradition is to hang up the heavy winter coat and jackets on
   March 1, my declaration of winter's end. This should be no problem if
   Global Warming is real. But it isn't and yes, I was pretty cold coming
   out of the school board meeting after 9 pm tonight in my light spring
   windbreaker.
   I see the extended forecast is for a high of 16 degrees on Friday,
   when we Biggest Anti-Strib Losers will weigh in downtown. If only I
   really did freeze my rear end off!
   The normal high is 36 degrees for March 7, so we'll again be 20
   degrees below normal.
