   [1]AAA found the phrase I was looking for, calling the DFL's so-called
   Transportation Bill what it truly is: the Transit Tax Bill. As I read
   it, about 75% of the new money could wind up in the Central Corridor
   Light Rail Project alone. It's all about Transit and it's certainly
   all about Taxes.
   It's not about transportation, that much is certain. We need to change
   the language like the Democrats do so often. Don't miss a chance to
   correct anyone calling this the Transportation Bill.
