   I'm going to be an optimist for once, buoyed by the long range weather
   forecast. I think Spring 2008 will begin on Sunday, April 20 on the
   Speed Gibson calendar. I'm not saying that temperatures will suddenly
   be normal, but I think we've seen the last blast of the winter of
   2007-08.
