   Is there anything more insufferable than a talk show host hawking
   their latest book? Bill O'Reilly does it with some aplomb, but most
   are like Hugh Hewitt.
   Right now, Laura Ingraham is on her "Power to the People" tour, and
   the show is spending most of its time schilling. Maybe it's a good
   book, I don't know. I wasn't very impressed with her last one.
   To borrow her own phrase, Laura, shut up and speak!
