   Early on in the Almanac DFL "debate" amongst the 2008 U.S. Senate
   contenders:

     Host Cathy Wurzer: So you would go for raising the gas tax?
     Candidate Jim Cohen: I think it makes sense to do that now in order
     to able to save later.
     Wurzer: Excellent.

   Obviously the host appreciated that Cohen's response was unequivocal,
   not the position taken. Yes, that must be it, for PBS et al of course
   isn't biased.
