	North Star Beef of Buffalo, Minnesota is closing,
	putting 200 people out of work. As the Minneapolis
	Star Tribune article notes, the owner has had a
	string of bad luck, the latest issue being "high"
	arsenic levels in the ground water. He couldn't
	afford the remediation investment, not in this
	economy....
