	over the independence of the newly proposed
	financial advisory group for District 281, the
	Robbinsdale Area Schools. He writes: "[Can you]
	draw any conclusions about the independence of the
	board until you know who the citizen members are,
	and how they approach it[?]" That's a fair question
	he has asked more than once that I will now
	address....
