	I give our district pretty high marks for the
	Visioning / Strategic Planning initiative that has
	developed a Vision, Mission, several Priorities,
	and numerous Goals. There is still a little bit of
	"wordsmithing" left to complete sentences and
	correct grammar, but I think we have a workable
	framework to go forward. As one staffer put it,
	it's halftime....
