	My annual tradition is to hang up the heavy winter
	coat and jackets on March 1, my declaration of
	winter's end. This should be no problem if Global
	Warming is real. But it isn't and yes, I was pretty
	cold coming out of the school board meeting after 9
	pm tonight in my light spring windbreaker....
