	I attended the "Don't Tax Our Breath" rally at the
	Capitol today. Alas, there were only about a dozen
	of us there, so this may be my first "exclusive"
	coverage of any any event. Hosted by "Elmer" of
	Minnesotans for Global Warming, we had music, a
	visit from Al Gore, and the ceremonial attempt by
	their own groundhog to see his shadow. He did not,
	so we should have an early spring....
