	Starting tomorrow morning, all breakfasts served in
	Minnesota restaurants are subject to police
	supervision. Ditto with lunch, dinner, and adult
	beverages. You can (so far), eat several days'
	worth of fat, salt, or cholesterol. You can drink
	yourself into a stupor. But don't you dare light
	up, even with the permission of the owner of the
	private property. It is the judgment of our
	Legislature and Governor that we are not smart
	enough to make such decisions on our own....
