	Court decision invalidating a Louisiana law
	allowing the death penalty for rapists who
	victimize children under 13. The Supreme Court
	continued to narrow the cases in which the
	imposition of capital punishment is permissible
	under the U.S. Constitution's "cruel and unusual"
	clause allowing the death penalty for rapists whose
