     In today's trading, the grain complex (wheat, corn, soybeans) has
     moved sharply higher while the September 2007 contract for Chicago
     (CBOT) Wheat has soared above $8 a bushel. Wheat's current price is
     less than a dollar a bushel below the soybean contract for the same
     month--a rare occurrence, indeed. Soybeans normally leads the grain
     complex in price by several dollars. Today's price action appears
     to reflect growing concern over the quality and quantity of this
     year's wheat crop that has been adversely affected by severe
     drought and flooding. (emphasis added)
