   Jack just sent me [1]this:

     LONDON (AFP) - The BBC announced approximately 1,800 job cuts over
     the next six years in a statement released by the broadcaster on
     Thursday.

   I know I am dreaming, but I hope most of the cuts are among the
   leftist senior assignment editors and editors (and among all the
   lefties in the field).
