	Ms. Eclectic has been extremely disappointed over
	the past number of years that her RRSP funds in the
	CIBC Balanced Fund have not been doing at all well.
	As she puts it, "If they can't at least meet the
	market average, they don't deserve any fees." But
	of course their MER [Management Expense Ratios] are
	inexplicably and unjustifiedly among the highest in
	the industry....
