	There's now an image upload tool in the Tools menu.
	This allows you to upload a tool and insert the
	html for it all in one go. Also, it will
	automatically create a small version for the front
	page (which is a link to the real version) if the
	file is over 220 pixels wide. This will save on
	bandwidth and prevent page layouts from breaking
	for readers with small monitors....
