   You ever go through some wrenching experiences, only to suddenly
   discover that you seem to have re-found the real you after years of
   having lost yourself?

   I have no idea how to explain it but that's how I increasingly feel
   these days. Mostly in a good way, although the phrase "regrets, I've
   had a few" makes me laugh ruefully.
