   Today marks the third "blogiversary" (ugh!) of [1]LIKELIHOOD OF
   CONFUSION®! Kudos to [2]bRight & Early blog for reminding me by
   linking here, and, [3]as I explained last year, to Dean.

   It's been a very good year for my original and still-cookin' blog. Not
   only has traffic grown, but so has the quality of links from within
   and without the legal profession, plus we were also recognized both by
   the [4]ABA (there's still time to vote... but [5]vote for
   Overlawyered, where I guest blog sometimes and which actually could
   still win!!) and the [6]Weblog Awards.
