   I hear on NPR on my way home tonight that Hillary has announced her
   health care plan, and that she says people can keep their private
   insurance if they like it, but that carrying insurance will be
   mandatory with assistance to lower income folks to be able to buy it.
   This offhand sounds almost exactly like Mitt Romney's plan, but then I
   heard Romney blasting her plan. What's the difference, anyone know?
