   Fascinating, isn't it, that the defeatists in Congress have already
   decided to reject everything General Petreus has to say?

   I guess it probably is just an effort to play to the hate-soaked base.
   It's becoming increasingly apparent that we aren't going to be leaving
   Iraq any time soon--thank God.
