   [1]A Minnesota mother of two was ordered to pay the Recording Industry
   Association of America (RIAA) $222,000 for illegally sharing 9 songs
   on her harddrive. It was the first time RIAA had taken an individual
   to court, although the organization has successfully forced others to
   settle out of court.

   The mother of two, who works in the natural resources and environment
   department of the Ojibwe tribe, will have her wages garnished
   indefinitely until the settlement is paid or her attorney reaches a
   negotiated settlement with RIAA.

   It's a hot debate topic [2]here.
