   Saudi Arabia's top Wahabbi cleric [1]issues a fatwa forbidding Saudis
   from leaving the country to practice violent Jihad.

   It's a lame excuse he gives for not doing it sooner, but it's pretty
   clear now which way the wind is blowing.
