   You know, maybe it's an age thing, but I remember very clearly in the
   1970s and 1980s, growing up at the height of feminist power in the
   popular culture, being told that [1]women like this didn't exist, or
   were irrelevant.

   It's increasingly hard to remember those days. Mostly, that's a good
   thing.

   Am I the only one who remembers those days?
