   Anyone observing what has happened in Western Europe for the last five
   to ten years knows it, and in the Jewish community it is well known
   that England and France are simply not hospitable to Jews, at least
   not conspicuous Jews, any more. Last year the focus was on France;
   this year, it is properly on England. And everyone knows it but
