   The acceptance and rejection letters have all come back by now... the
   deposits and housing reservations have all gone in the other
   direction.

   The insane college admissions lottery has gone through another cycle.
   A friend forwarded a very good article from the New York Times on this
   topic, and I added [1]a thought or two of my own. You may want to
   share it with a disappointed Ivy seeker.
