   Instapundit notes that a [1]growing consensus of liberal law scholars
   now admit that the 2nd amendment confers a legitimate individual right
   to own a firearm.

   I've always thought it obviously did. And I never found it confusingly
   worded, either. Especially once I found out what "militia" and
   "regulated" mean.
