   Apparently a blogger g[1]ot hit by a $7500 judgment in small claims
   court after criticizing a Frontpage Magazine writer.

   This is ridiculous. This time it was a conservative writer who did it,
   but wait till the litigious liberal writers get litigating. The blog
   world will end. [2]Here is the back-story.

   Lawyers who know procedure: can you remove a case from small claims
   court to lower court by arguing it is a constitutional question?

   Maybe someone should write a How-To on how to deal with a situation
   where you get served be a columnist for tortious interference in small
   claims court.
