   If [1]cheerleading American defeat (in [2]direct contradiction of
   military reports) and [3]calling our military leaders incompetent
   isn't unpatriotic, does the word have any meaning?
   Sigh. I guess it could be worse. At least Reid didn't [4]compare them
   to Ghenghis Khan. Or [5]Nazis. Meanwhile, our incompetent loser
   barbarian troops in Iraq not only keep re-enlisting, they're asking
   terribly impertinent questions:

     Marines, for instance, continue to exceed their reenlistment goals;
     a recent study showed that those who have deployed twice to Iraq
     are more likely to reenlist again than those who have only gone
     once â and that the Marine least likely to reenlist is one who has
     not deployed to Iraq.
     ...
     Marine Lance Cpl. Jack Kessel, 19, of Raleigh, N.C., asked about
     something that had been gnawing at him as he and his buddies go
     about the dangerous business of winning hearts and minds in Al
     Anbar province.
     "[6]How are we supposed to fight a war when people back home say
     we've already lost?" he asked.

   I think it's pretty clear the Dems' answer is "You're not."
