   Rosemary shows us that Mrs. Loving, of Loving v. Virginia, thinks gays
   should be afforded the same rights that she obtained under her
   landmark case. I suppose we're to give this woman's opinion special
   weight given that it's her case that gay marriage proponents use often
   in their own arguments.

   I wonder, though, does Rosemary's sword cut both ways? Norma McCorvey,
   better known as "Jane Roe" of Roe v. Wade, has come out as ardent
   pro-life and in 2005 petitioned the Supreme Court to overturn their
   decision that stripped power away from the states.

   Of special note is that McCorvey didn't abort her daughter. She gave
   birth and placed her up for adoption.

   I ask, if Mrs. Loving should be given special consideration because of
   how her case is used shouldn't McCorvey as well?

   To show you I'm a compromising bloke, how about this? I'll trade you
   gay marriage for abortion! Let's overturn Roe v. Wade and I'll happily
   vote for gay marriage. Scout's honor.
