   Joe's got a terrific piece up on the current state of partisan
   politics, in answer to a recent Jonathan Chait piece: [1]Study:
   Diverse Independent Voters Could Swing 2008 Race.

   I don't agree with Joe on everything of course, but he makes some very
   good points.
