   Bill Ardolino [1]has a couple interviews, interesting in their
   contrast.
   It's amusing to consider that the first perspective described can only
   exist because of the sacrifices of second, that the first so
   denigrates. As Victor Hanson often reminds us, modern Western
   civilizaton lives in fairy-tale luxury, freedom, and security compared
   to the reality of any other place or time, a dream kept alive by a few
   noble patriots among us who are putting their lives on the line so
   others can have the freedom to call them ignorant.
