   Recently, a couple of parents with a severely disabled daughter have
   come under [1]severe criticism for using medical interventions to keep
   their daughter physically an infant.

   However, if you read [2]a bit more about this sad case, the parents
   look a lot better.

   And if you read the [3]blog the parents have put up, it becomes even
   harder (for me anyway) to condemn them.

   "Hard cases make bad law" is an old aphorism that lawyers and judges
   are well familiar with. Ethics are the same way I'd think.
