   Neo [1]nails it on the head so far as I can see.

   All this is why I'm nowhere near as worried as some are that we'll do
   something catastrophically disastrous and awful like pull all our
   troops home and cut off all funding for Iraq. Such a thing almost
   certainly won't happen--thank God.
