   Conservatives may still be mulling Rudy Giuliani's fitness for
   President on grounds of ideological purity, but as someone who leans
   libertarian [1]stories like this are giving me goosebumps:

     Mayor Giuliani is calling on the Republican Party to redefine
     itself as "the party of freedom," focusing on lower taxes, school
     choice, and a health care system rooted in free market principles.

   As a successful candidate, he might even be able to pull the
   Republican party in the direction many of us would like to see it
