   Tony Woodlief has a [1]humorous but truthful look at how they really
   operate.

   Corporations are not and never have been a natural, organic expression
   of the free market. They're the exact opposite in many ways. In big
   corporations the CEO is no entrepreneur, he's a hired employee. Hired
   employee of whom? A state-created legal fiction.

   It's wise to remember this fact, and to remind your libertarian-minded
   buddies of this at every opportunity.
