   I completely believe [1]every word of this story.

   I worked for that company for five years and they have absolutely the
   worst customer service policies, and employee policies, that I have
   ever seen in my entire life.

   I'm not saying that to be bitter by the way. It's just the truth.
   Their customer service and policies are awful, and they only seem to
   get away with it because they're a de facto monopoly in most of the
   markets they serve and yet are almost completely unregulated. At least
   on their internet service.
