   I [1]found a site that will let you watch complete episodes (and
   sometimes complete seasons and series') of a number of televisions
   programs streaming for free. I'm not sure how legal it all is but I'm
   watching Stargate SG-1 episodes that haven't aired in the U.S. yet and
   that's cool as heck.

   I looks like mostly American programming. It's also got a lot of
   cartoons and anime.

   Do what you will with it.
