   It's not that I disagree with this necessarily, but as it happens I've
   been in heavy contact with the medical community for a variety of
   problems this last year, both for myself and family members, and I
   can't think of a single case I've seen of the sort of attire described
   here.

   I also, frankly, like medical professionals who are a little casual
   better than button-up types. I trust them more immediately.
