   Former White House Counselor (basically, the communications director)
   talks, amongst other things, [1]how blogs are viewed in high places.

   I've found this White House to be quite responsive to blogs and
   blogger questions. I expect that to be even more true for future
   administrations, as blogs simply become part of the mainstream.
