   I'm sitting in a hospital waiting room on the third floor this
   morning. On a hunch I brought the laptop. Guess what I found? Courtesy
   free wi-fi available all throughout the hospital for patients and
   visitors. (Along with secure wi-fi for hospital staff, obviously.)

   I'm amused that the outdated "turn off all cell phones and other
   radio-based electronic devices" signs are still all over the place.
   Heh.

   I'm also reminded once again, on another subject, how shameful it is
   these days that medical insurance is so hard to come by. While I try
   hard to restrict personal details on the blog these days, we should
   have been paying this particular visit a long, long time ago, but only
   now that we have insurance is it even possible.
