   You ever have an experience where a company seems to go out of their
   way to hire you, to woo you to come work for them, then, when you get
   there they treat you like a completely unknown entity who needs
   schooling on all the basics? And you don't get a chance to show them
   your chops and why they hired you in the first place, so you spend
   weeks feeling like a trainee?

   Then one day you finally get to step up and demonstrate what you're
   really capable of, which you thought was what they hired you for all
   along?

   Yeah. I had that day today.

   It was good.
