   Interesting. A new study suggests that in the U.S. and Canada,
   [1]birth of male children is on the decline and the ratio of male
   children to female children who die is increasing.

   I wonder what would cause that?

   (Although I have to admit that a certain Beach Boys sng suddenly came
   to mind...)
