   Max Schulz says that a recent Supreme Court decision mandating CO2
   emissions [1]will almost certainly benefit the nuclear power industry.

   Good God let's hope so. This country, thanks to the luddite component
   of the environmentalist movement, has a hysterical fear of nuclear
   power and nuclear waste that's been harming us for over 30 years. It
   is by far the safest, cleanest, cheapest form of practical mass power
   generation mankind has ever achieved. Its demonization is one of many
   things that drove me away from the environmentalist movement.

   I hope Schulz is right and that the recent fashionable fear of CO2
   means we finally get back to building nuclear power plants instead of
   more coal, oil, and gas power plants.
