   Ooh, I wish I'd seen this sooner. You should read [1]General Barry
   McCaffrey's Iraq After-Action Report.

   Be careful to read the whole thing. The beginning is a long list, from
   his perspective, of everything wrong right now in Iraq. Then he gives
   a stunningly positive assessment of everything right. Then he makes
   recommendations which frankly would credit our new Congressional
   leaders enormously if they would fully embrace them.
